A deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot (option to pay full cost up front, email us within a week of waitlisting if you would like to set up a payment plan).

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All camp payments are nonrefundable after 3/14/2025. All camp payments are due May 1st, 2025. Late payments may result in losing your spot.

After completing this form, a confirmation will be sent with the information you have entered below.

There will be a mandatory camp meeting in April, details to come in before January 2025.

WHAT DOES THE WAITLIST PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

All campers are initially waitlisted
To be registered, the area must receive the camper's (A) health form (B) border crossing form (printed in color and original handwritten document), AND (C) proof of either passport of enhanced driver's license (that do not expire until September 2025 or later)
Campers will begin to be taken off the camp waitlist by the end of January

IMPORTANT INFO FOR BORDER CROSSING FORM:

- Must be printed in color

- Filled out with ink, we must receive a handwritten copy

- Can be Mailed to us (mail address found on border crossing form)
